Child Safety Standards

1. Our commitment

AnarkWorld has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), including the production, possession, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any content or conduct that endangers the safety of a minor.

These standards apply to all content and conduct within AnarkWorld, as set out in our Terms of Service, section 5 (Prohibited conduct).

2. What is strictly prohibited

• Posting, distributing, soliciting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any format.
• Contacting, luring, or attempting to isolate a minor for sexual purposes (grooming).
• Threatening to share intimate content of a minor to obtain money, additional images, or any other benefit (sextortion).
• Any content that sexualizes, objectifies, or normalizes the abuse of minors, including in drawn, animated, or written form.
• Facilitating contact between an adult and a minor in a way that conceals that communication from the minor's trusted adults.

3. How we prevent and detect this content

• Minimum age requirement: AnarkWorld requires users to be at least 13 years old, with consent from a parent or legal guardian for users under the age of majority in their country.
• Reporting system: any user can report content or accounts directly from within the app.
• Moderation team: AnarkWorld has moderators and administrators who review submitted reports.
• Immediate removal: content that constitutes or is suspected of constituting CSAM is removed immediately upon detection, and the associated account is suspended without prior notice.

AnarkWorld reports child sexual abuse material detected on the platform to the competent authorities, including, where applicable, the NCMEC CyberTipline and the national authorities of Peru, in compliance with applicable law.
