Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AnarkWorld ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AnarkWorld. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not create accounts to impersonate another person, or use someone else's account without authorization.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, images, videos, comments, messages). By posting it on AnarkWorld, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app, solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and you confirm that you have the rights necessary to share it.

5. Prohibited conduct

By using AnarkWorld, you agree not to:

• Post illegal content, or content that incites hatred, harassment, violence, or discrimination.
• Post or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be removed immediately.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Send spam or misleading content.
• Infringe on third parties' intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to compromise the app's security or access other users' accounts without authorization.
• Fraudulently manipulate the virtual currency or missions system.

6. Moderation and sanctions

AnarkWorld has a team of moderators and administrators who review reports of content and users. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may apply warnings, temporary mutes, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension of the account.

If your account is sanctioned, you have the right to file an appeal within the app. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator or administrator other than the one who applied the original sanction, whenever possible.

7. Communities

Users may create and join communities within AnarkWorld. Communities may have additional rules set by their administrators, which must be compatible with these Terms of Service.

8. Virtual currency and purchases

AnarkWorld offers a virtual currency ("coins") that you can earn by completing missions within the app. We plan to soon enable the purchase of coins with real money through Google Play.

• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Purchases made with real money are also subject to the policies of the applicable app store (Google Play), including its refund policy.
• We may modify, limit, or discontinue the coin system at any time.
• Fraudulent use of the coin or mission system may result in loss of balance and account sanctions.

9. Third-party services

AnarkWorld uses third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and the YouTube API (to host videos you upload). Using these features means you also agree to the applicable provider's terms of service, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice in serious cases (for example, CSAM or illegal activity).

11. Disclaimer of warranties

AnarkWorld is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnarkWorld will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or content posted by users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Peru, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of AnarkWorld after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
